District "Daddy and Me" at Cream
A Day With Dad and Me was held at Cream School on Saturday, March 10th with over 300 people participating. It was an amazing day to be a part of. Children from schools all over the district were able to share this special day with that special man in their life.
February Celebration - Ms. Blair's Second Grade Class-Check Out our Video!!

The children prepared a presentation of the many celebrations in February - Black History, Children's Dental Month, Valentine's Day, George Washington's Birthday, Abraham LIncoln's Birthday and Random Acts of Kindness Day. All the parts were memorized and impressed the audience of family and friends.
Cream Celebrates Dr. Seuss

Many classrooms in grades k -2 had lots of fun celebrating the Birthday of Dr. Seuss. 3 classes also participated in Distance Learning activities celebrating Dr. Seuss throughout the month.

May and June With Challenger Learning Center e-Missions Programs

"Hurrican Alert" - "Moon, Mars and Beyond" - "Storm-e New York" - exciting missions for our 4th, 5th, and 7th grade students.
February - A Month of Full of Distance Learning Activities
Room 306 was full of excited students during the month of February. There were 12 distance learning activities enjoyed by students from kindergarten through 8th grade. The schedule included the Football Hall of Fame with the Cleveland Browns, the Center for Puppetry in Atlanta Georgia, Vanderbilt University Virtual School in Nashville, Tennessee, and last but not least Dr. Seuss Celebrations from Muskingum Valley, Ohio.
Football Hall of Famer, Jack Youngblood

Ms. Steed's 7th Grade LA class participated in a distance learning session with the Football Hall of Fame featuring Jack Youngblood. Pre-sessions consisted of researching Mr. Youngblood not just concentrating on his football achievements but his contributions to his football team and his community as a man of good character. They developed questions to ask Mr. Youngblood during the session. The students did an outstanding job and represented our school and city proudly.
